Revolt Motors plans second EV manufacturing unit owing to robust demand, reveals Anjali Rattan

The production unit and the manufacturer of the RV400 electric motorcycle are scouting for locations in the place like Haryana, Noida (Uttar Pradesh), and Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) for the second unit, also they are planned to estimate their current unit with a larger utility place as it intends to scale up exports and raise their necessity of products in the South Indian markets.

On Saturday, Rattan India Enterprises Ltd the conference with reporters said they were currently on plan and almost completed their acquisition of Revolt Motors which is into manufacturing electric vehicles.

Now it has become their current plan Revolt Motors has become a 100 percent subsidiary of Rattan India Enterprises Ltd, the company said in a statement.

“Rattan India Enterprises Limited has completed the acquisition of 100 per cent shareholding in the electric motorcycles market leader Revolt Motors,” also involved in their statement.

Revolt Motors was considered to be the highest-selling electric bike in the country with its manufacturing facility in Manesar, Haryana. The EV maker has expanded its footprint pan-India with 35 dealerships that must be located across the country to spread the motors as well to make a profit from greater selling.

Its unique model RV400 has been witnessing a robust demand and is by far the most technologically advanced bike in the world, and Rattan India Enterprises seeks to significantly scale up Revolt’s growth and make it the largest EV two-wheeler company in the country, Rattan India Enterprises said.

The Business Chairperson, of Rattan India Enterprises Ltd. Anjali Rattan, said, ” the country, it needs environmentally sustainable mobility solutions and Revolt will surely be a leader in this transformation. Revolt bikes run on 3.34 kWh lithium-ion batteries. With high speeds of 85 km/hr, the batteries with a single charge of minimum 3 hours have a range of 150 km.” also in the statement Rattan India Enterprises did not disclose any other additional add related to the financial details of the deal.
